Eden Hazard Makes Shock Admission Which Surprise Chelsea Fans

Chelsea’s Eden Hazard has made a surprise admission on his performances this season even though he has scored 19 goals and is the club's stand out performer by far this campaign.

It looks like Hazard has already made his final EPL appearance for the Blues with a summer move to Real Madrid looking more and more likely.

The Belgian has been extra special this season, but amazingly, Hazard himself doesn't think it's been one of his best seasons and that his performances have instead matched the inconsistencies of Chelsea.

Hazard said: “For me, the best season is when I'm first in the table.

“I don't care about statistics, you've known me for seven years. I'm not focused on that, I'm like this.

“To be fair, it's not my best season anyway, because it was a bit like the team's. We started well, and I started well, then we had some ups and downs and it was the same for me as well.

“I think we missed a bit of consistency this season. That's the only point. When the manager is talking, he is talking about this: consistency.

“If we had two, three, four games with this high level of consistency, we could now be second, or something.

“But we need to work step-by-step for the future.

“Our target is now to finish in the top four and win the Europa League because, in the end, we want to win a trophy.”
