Chelsea will make the trip to Turin for Match Day 2 encounter with Juventus as UEFA Champions League returns in midweek.

It's an away game which is arguably the star game as both  Juventus and Thomas Tuchel's side clash in the duel on Wednesday Evening.

Chelsea and Juventus will be for sure well-motivated ahead of this tie knowing that a win will likely decide the shape of the group (H) with respect to the group winners.

Chelsea edge Russian side Zenit St. Petersburg 1-0 at Stamford Bridge to secure the vital three points at home.

While Juventus thumped Malmo FF to join Chelsea at the top of Group H. Thomas Tuchel's side will be keen to go against Juventus for the fifth time in the club's history and the Blues will hope for a resounding outcome against the Bianconeri of Turin.

Paulo Dybala-Juventus

Paulo Dybala and Alvaro Morata were withdrawn in Juventus's 3-2 win over Sampdoria on Sunday.

And it's certain that the Argentine is ruled out of the Chelsea tie. Kaio Jorge and Brazil's midfielder Arthur are absentees for the Serie A giants ahead of this one.

Dejan Kulusevski is expected to come in to replace Dybala in the Juve side with striker Moise Kean taking his place up front in the attacking set-up.

Thomas Tuchel has confirmed that the Chelsea trio of Reece James, Mason Mount and Christian Pulisic is out of the Juventus clash due to injury.

N'Golo Kante has just tested positive for Coronavirus and is expected to be out until after the international assignment.

Midfielder Jorginho was hauled off with a knock in the loss at home to Manchester City but Tuchel would hope for good news on his fitness level especially as new signing Saul Niguel is still taking his time to adapt to proceedings at the European Champions Chelsea.

Thiago Silva is expected to start in the heart of Chelsea's defence while Skipper Cesar Azpilicueta will take the place of the injured Reece James at right back.

However, Morocco's Hakim Ziyech and German football made easy Kai Havertz are also in line to feature especially in the absence of Chelsea playmaker Mason Mount.
