Leon Balogun Believes Arsenal Legend Kanu Not As Good As Jay-Jay Okocha

Kanu Not As Good As Okocha

Super Eagles defender Leon Balogun has rated former Bolton Wanderers captain Austin Jay-Jay Okocha higher than Arsenal legend Nwankwo Kanu.

The Super Eagles defender admitted that the Arsenal forward had a fantastic career, but he believed that Jay Jay has something extra that made him the most gifted player out of the West African country.

“I always admired Kanu, you know he is very tall, very lanky and that’s technical, it is not easy.

“Even though I picked Jay-Jay, Kanu definitely deserves a lot of respect because he has been through a lot, also physically.

“For me one of the greatest in the history of Nigerian football,” he said in a live Instagram session.
