Robert Lewandowski And Kingsley Coman Fight In Practice

Bayern Munich's Robert Lewandowski and Kingsley Coman were seen in a heated confrontation at practice this morning and exchanged punches before the fracas could be broken up by teammates.

Bild+ reports that the players scuffled during a practice that was supposed to be closed to the media.

While they were training positions in the latter part of a late-morning practice, the Poland international made a remark to Coman that set the French star off.

Bild says the two forwards struck each other in the face.

Defenders and all-around big men Niklas Süle and Jérôme Boateng leapt into action to break up the brawl, but even they needed the assistance of other players.

Even after the bulky defenders intervened, the two combatants allegedly wanted more of each other.

It would appear that Kovac's training this week has been both intense and physical, given that Corentin Tolisso had to leave yesterday's practice after a collision with Thiago Alcantara.
