Lille winger Nicolas Pepe is on the radar of Man Utd, who remain interested in signing a right winger after missing out on one in the summer transfer window.
Pepe was linked with clubs including Sevilla and Southampton in the summer, with Saints having a £12.5m bid rejected, so says ESPN.
The Gunners are thought to be monitoring Pepe's availability, and Telefoot in France suggest United have now sent scouts to watch the player.
The 23-year-old has scored 18 goals in 43 appearances for Lille, including providing eight assists. He has scored three times in nine matches for Cote D'Ivoire.
Meanwhile, Inter Milan will reportedly offer defender Milan Skriniar an improved deal after seeing an initial €2.5m-per-season proposal declined.
Calciomercato say Jose Mourinho rates the Slovakian central defender highly and would offer him around €5m a year (£4.4m a year), prompting Inter to move up their offer to a €4m annual salary.
