Fans are anxiously awaiting the official announcement as they look forward to celebrating a new era at Newcastle United as well as see Mauricio Pochettino take over as manager of the team .
According to several reports, a consortium comprised of Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Amanda Staveley and the Reuben brothers is ready to secure the managerial services of Pochettino.
They even plan to make him the second-highest paid manager in the Premier League with a salary of £19m.
But former Newcastle United player Jermaine Jenas thinks the Magpies would benefit from Pochettino, but that managing Newcastle United is not the right move for him.
According to the former Magpie player, being able to oversee a brand new, exciting project at Newcastle United would be intriguing for Pochettino, but his managerial portfolio will attract the attention of top clubs sooner rather than later.
