EXPOSED! Neymar’s PSG Salary More Than Kylian Mbappe

French daily L'Equipe have published the monthly salaries of the top 30 players across the country.

Brazil star Neymar, who joined PSG from Barcelona for £198million in August 2017, is by far the division’s top earner – earning about £2.6million a month before tax, which is a weekly salary of around £600,000.

Next in line is teammate Mbappe, who pockets £375,000 a week, i.e. outside any bonuses that may be added on.

No doubt, PSG players make up the top 11 on the rich list before Monaco striker Wissam Ben Yedder featured at all.

Thiago Silva, Edinson Cavani, Marco Verratti, and Marquinhos come next and all go home with at least £1m a month.

Then it’s Angel Di Maria, Keylor Navas, Mauro Icardi, and Leandro Paredes who make up the top 10.

Among the top 20 earners are former Premier League stars Ander Herrera (PSG, £127,000 a week), Cesc Fabregas (Monaco, £117,000 a week) Dimitri Payet (Marseille), Idrissa Gueye (PSG, both £98,000 a week), alongside Monaco midfielder and Chelsea flop Tiemoue Bakayoko, who is earning just about £88,000 a week while on loan with his former club.

PSG manager, Thomas Tuchel is Ligue 1’s highest-paid coach pocketing approximately £120,000 a week, that is £40,000 more than his closest rival, Marseille manager, Andre Villas-Boas.
