The Super Eagles of Nigeria held their 31st position in the FIFA global football rankings, published on Thursday, December 19th. The team maintained the same position they claimed last month.
The Pharaohs come in seventh place among African countries, behind Senegal (20), Tunisia (27), Algeria (35), Morocco (43), and Ghana (47).
Belgium remains top of this month’s nearly unchanged FIFA rankings, followed by France, Brazil and England.
The best mover in the new ranking was Korea Republic, jumping 1 place to the 40th place, while the biggest drop was Hong Kong, who dropped two spots to 141st place.
