Former Nigerian goalkeeper, Dosu Joseph believes the Super Falcons has what it takes to defend their two-goal advantage against the Black Queens of Ghana in the reverse fixture of the 2022 Women's Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.
Recall that on Wednesday, Nigeria edged Ghana 2-0 at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena, Lagos in the first leg.
In an interview with Goalballlive, the Atlanta Olympic gold medalist said that the Super Falcons has the experience to weather any storm in Ghana.
“I am impressed with the way the Super Falcons played against the Black Queens of Ghana. The two goals they scored has put them in a better position for the second leg i Accra.
“I think the team has the experience to defend their two-goal regardless of the pressure the team face against the Black Queens. They know what is at stake and will do everything to defend their lead.”
