Tammy Abraham is facing a fresh spell on the sidelines after aggravating his recent ankle injury to heap more stress on Chelsea manager Frank Lampard.

Lampard’s concerns mounted yesterday as it emerged Abraham pulled up during the cool-down after Tuesday's 3-0 Champions League loss to Bayern Munich complaining of discomfort in his ankle.
