It’s no longer news that Club legend Frank Lampard was sacked as Chelsea boss on Monday morning.
Chelsea usually train in the morning, unless they played a match the day before, in which case they would take part in an afternoon session around 2pm.
But Sky Sports claim that on Tuesday the players were told to attend a training session at the much later, and unusual, time of 6pm.
This is due to the arrival of new boss Thomas Tuchel's arrival.
The former Borussia Dortmund and Paris Saint-Germain boss has arrived in the UK and undergone Covid tests to ensure he can join Chelsea's bubble.
Should the tests return negative, he will be able to immediately join up with his new squad and potentially even take the 6pm training session.

His first game could then be Chelsea's home encounter against Wolves on Wednesday evening.
