Kylian Mbappe continues to be linked with a transfer to Liverpool and the Frenchman has already revealed his admiration for Jurgen Klopp.
Transfer links to the World Cup winner will just not go away for Liverpool, as fans hold onto the possibility of him making the switch to Anfield.
Now an old video from earlier this summer has emerged, in which the 20-year-old praises the Reds during an interview with ESPN.
The PSG star was discussing which team he uses on video game FIFA, claiming that he does not like to play with Paris Saint-Germain.
“Maybe Liverpool, because they win the Champions League,” Mbappe said.
Host Herculez Gomez then asked him: “Oh, so you like Jurgen Klopp then?”
To which Mbappe replied: “Yeah, he’s good!”
Jurgen Klopp recently shot down links to Mbappe, by claiming the club simply cannot afford him.
When asked about potentially signing Mbappe, he responded: “Buying this calibre of player is difficult. I don't see any club at the moment who can buy Kylian Mbappe from PSG.
