Rebekah Vardy, the wife of Leicester City striker Jamie Vardy and Coleen Rooney, the wife of ex-Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney are reportedly taking their bitter feud to the high court.
The former friends have been at loggerheads since Coleen accused Rebekah of ‘selling stories' about her private life to The Sun publication in 2019, an accusation the latter denied.
According to Mail Online, the pair held a video meeting last week in an attempt to avoid a very public and expensive court hearing, but they failed to reach a resolution, meaning their dispute could go to the High Court.
At the Alternative Dispute Resolution mediation meeting held with their lawyers it was claimed Rebekah wife of Leicester City and England striker Jamie Vardy, threatened to sue Coleen for libel.
While Coleen is planning to countersue for breach of privacy.
Coleen's close pals are reportedly backing her to countersue and don't back down in the case.

This comes after Rebekah reportedly said she would settle for nothing less than a public apology from Coleen.
