Ahmed Musa became an instant hero in his first game for his new Turkish club, Fatih Karagumruk.
The Super Eagles captain on Saturday night led his Istanbul club to a winning start in their maiden campaign in the Turkish Super Lig.
Ahmed Musa scored his debut winning goal for his side in the 90th minute and was not able to control his excitement with the good start.
‘‘A good start, we keep going mates,” Ahmed Musa wrote on his Instagram page after the 3-2 win over Gaziantep.
The Nigerian fleet-footed forward ghosted past two defenders before applying a simple finish to give his side a 3-1 lead.
Musa also gave an assist in the first goal for his team when he beat the offside trap to get on a long pass before slipping the ball to a teammate in the box, leading to an own goal.
Ahmed Musa last played for the Nigeria Professional Football League side, Kano Pillars before joining the Kara Kırmızı.
