Kwasi Donsu is a 26-year-old Ghanaian professional footballer who currently plays as a goalkeeper for Medeama in Ghana Premier League.

He started his senior career in Amidaus Professional before moving to Medeamesc in 2015.

He made one appearance in Amidaus Professional.
