Super Eagles forward, Victor Osimhen, is confident that his Napoli side will be back after their Europa League loss to Spartak Moscow on Thursday.
The former Lille striker came off the bench to score a goal for the Gli Azurris, taking his tally to seven goals in five outings across all competitions for Napoli.
However, his goal was not enough to help his side avoid defeat against the Russian side.
Hosts, Napoli, took the lead in the first minute as a result of a struggle in Spartak Moscow's box, the ball bounced to Elif Elmas who took his chance to find the back of the net.
The visitors went ahead to score three unreplied goals which came from Quincy Promes and Mikhail Ignatov in the fifty-fifth, eightieth and ninetieth minutes respectively, with Promes scoring a brace.
Osimhen, 22, ended up scoring for his team shortly before the final whistle after converting Giovanni Di Lorenzo's pass.
The red-hot striker took to his Twitter account right after match to express his optimism and confidence that despite the loss, Napoli will be back.
“We stand firm as a team no matter the outcome. 100% we will be back.” Osimhen wrote on Twitter.
