PSG will then look to make his move a permanent one with Jose Mourinho open to letting the England star leave.

The 24-year-old was apparently left confused and upset by his treatment and is considering leaving the club.

RMC Sport claim that the North London outfit are ready to make their move with Spurs chief Daniel Levy ‘considering accepting.'

The two clubs have a prior history in the market, with the Ligue 1 champions having sold Lucas Moura, 28, and Serge Aurier, 27, to Spurs in recent years.
