Manchester United played out a 1-1 draw at Old Trafford in the first leg of their Europa League last-16 tie against AC Milan and travel to Italy for the return on Thursday.
And Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has confirmed that the Red Devils could be set for a major injury boost with up to five players set to return against the Serie A giants this week.
Some key members of the team, such as Edinson Cavani, Anthony Martial and Paul Pogba, have been absent recently with various issues.
Speaking ahead of their Europa League last-16 second leg against Milan, Solskjaer offered positive news about the three aforementioned players, as well as Donny van de Beek and David de Gea.
“Injury-wise I hope we have four or five players back for that game [against Milan],” Solskjaer said.
“It's very likely Edinson and Anthony are fit, Donny as well.
