The Zambia national women's team, ‘Copper Queens‘, are taking part in the 2023 FIFA Women's World Cup that is taking place in Australia and New Zealand. The tournament began on 20 July, and will run until 20 August 2023.
The Copper Queens are featuring in the women's most important football event for the first time in history. They're in Group C along with Spain, Japan and Costa Rica.
