Mesut Ozil is no longer an Arsenal player as the Gunners have now confirmed his move to Fenerbahce.
A January switch, sealed following the termination of the German’s contract, sees Ozil head to Istanbul and call time on his spell at the Emirates.
Ozil was due to become a free agent at the end of the season, but successful talks with the north London side saw both parties agree to end his deal early so he could secure his move to Turkey.
His early departure comes following the 32-year-old falling out of favour at Arsenal, with manager Mikel Arteta not selecting the midfielder for a match since last March and not naming Ozil in his Premier League or Europa League squads this season.
He leaves Arsenal after playing 254 games and scoring 44 goals, winning three FA Cups and the Community Shield during his time with the Gunners.

Real Madrid bought Ozil in 2010 following his fine performances at that summer’s World Cup, having started his career at Schalke before joining Werder Bremen in 2008.
