Chelsea fans are ecstatic after Super Eagles star Victor Osimhen replied to a Twitter post. It's important to note that the former Wolfsburg player turned 25 today, and popular comedian OGB Recent wished him a happy birthday. In his post, OGB attached a photo of a young Osimhen in a Chelsea jersey with the quote: “Happy birthday Victor Osimhen, pls come and rescue Chelsea soon.”

Interestingly, Victor Osimhen replied with two hearts; and as expected fans didn't hesitate to encourage the Super Eagles star to make the switch to Stamford Bridge.
X user @TomLevins1 posted a Photoshopped photo of Osimhen in a Chelsea jersey, remarking how the outfit would look good on the Napoli striker.

Of course, there were other users who didn't like the idea of seeing Osimhen in a Chelsea jersey, especially fans from rival clubs. We would like to point out that OGB Recent replied to Osimhen's comment on his post: “agent is working, he’ll come soon, stamford bridge await you my Nigerian prince”

This didn't sit well with user @Paulblinks1, who stated that Victor Osimhen will join Arsenal in the summer.
Relax bro he’s coming to Arsenal in the summer

Keep in mind that Victor Osimhen recently signed a contract extension, which will keep him at Napoli until the summer of 2026. He currently has a buyout clause of €130m, so teams would have to break the bank in order to sign the African footballer of the year.
Given that the former Wolfsburg player will be joining the Super Eagles for the Africa Cup of Nations next month, teams might want to wait until the summer transfer window before making a bid for him.
