Chelsea Set Transfer Price Tag For Tammy Abraham

Chelsea have set the price that will see them allow Tammy Abraham to leave, as the out of favor striker heads for a departure.

The Englishman has made just five appearances since Thomas Tuchel took over, with most of those being from the bench.

Tuchel has favoured Timo Werner and Kai Havertz at the head of his forward line, though neither have been consistent scorers.

With Abraham failing to impress the German, it now appears that the Blues are ready to allow the 23-year-old to leave in the summer transfer window.

According to The Telegraph, Chelsea will seek bids of around £40million, with the Stamford Bridge side believing they can still bring in a high fee with his contract not expiring until 2023.

Part of the reason for the Blues demanding such a high fee is their expected pursuit of a striker in the summer window.
