Florentino Perez Makes His View Known On Cristiano Ronaldo Real Madrid Return

Real Madrid president Florentino Perez has his eyes on Cristiano Ronaldo's situation at Juventus as he plots a stunning swoop to take the Portuguese star back to the Bernabeu.

The ex-Manchester United star left Real for Juventus in a deal worth almost £100million in July 2018.

According to Spanish publication Sport, Perez is looking into a possible deal for the attacker as the pair retained a good friendship after his departure.

GoalBall understand Juve may sell the 35-year-old for a cut-price fee in the region of £52m – around half of what they paid as Ronaldo may not have too many big contracts left in his career before he is forced to retire.

And Ronaldo's former Portugal international team-mate Jose Fonte has suggested the five time Ballon d'Or winner could finish his career with Los Blancos.

“I know he loves Madrid, that's for sure,” Fonte replied. “I think it's clear that he loves Madrid.

“He loves the club itself, obviously it's, if not the biggest club in the world, it's one of the biggest.

“I know he's left many, many friends there and he's always left the door open so I wouldn't be surprised if he goes back to Madrid.

“But I see it [being] a bit difficult to be honest.”
