‘I’m Europe’s Top No.10’ – Jesse Lingard Declares

Manchester United star Jesse Lingard is at loggerheads with and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer with the player believing he is one of the best No. 10s in Europe.

The Red Devils look set for another mammoth transfer window at the end of the season.

Solskjaer has already stated that he is aiming to land another three stars in the summer.

Goal report that a striker and an attacking midfielder are top of the Norwegian's shopping list.

But that would mean that there would have to be some outgoings and Lingard has been mooted as one departure.

Despite that, Goal report that the Englishman regards himself as one of the top No. 10s in Europe.

That goes against Solskjaer's judgment, who is keen to move on the 27-year-old at the end of the season.

And Lingard recently hired controversial agent Mino Raiola as he looks to ramp up his search for a new club.

The midfielder will see his contract expire in the summer of 2021.

Old Trafford chiefs have made little or no attempt to renew his deal, furthering speculation that an exit is on the cards at the end of the season.
