Tottenham Hotspur manager Jose Mourinho has rejected an approach from Juventus for Tanguy Ndombele, according to L’Equipe.
The French publication claim that the Italian champions want to sign the France international midfielder in the summer transfer window.
As per the report, The Old Lady were ready to use Douglas Costa and Federico Bernardeschi in a deal to sign Ndombele, but Mourinho has turned it down.
The former Chelsea and Manchester United boss wants the midfielder to stay at Tottenham this season.
Ndombele had fitness issues last season, and the 23-year-old did not have a great campaign on a permanent level.
However, the France international is a very good player who could get better in the coming years.
Giving up on Ndombele after just one season does not make sense.

For the likes of Juventus to show interest in Ndombele, it shows just how good the Frenchman is.
