According to Manchester Evening News, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side are now working on some finishing touches in the transfer of Liverpool’s Ethan Ennis.
Ahead of the club’s official statement, Ennis has already confirmed on Instagram that he has signed with Manchester United.
“I am delighted to announce that I have signed for [Manchester United],” Ennis wrote. “Grateful for this opportunity, can’t wait to get started.”
It is yet to be known which competition the 16-year-old will play for at United, but one thing certain is that he left a good impression in Liverpool’s youth ranks.
Varane, on the other hand, has officially become a Red Devils’ player, the club announced Saturday.
The 28-year-old penned a deal that will see him play for the Red Devils until June 2025.
Addressing the new chapter in his illustrious career, Varane stressed that he is thrilled to become part of a historic club and is “ready to play at the highest level.”
