Manchester United are willing to go up to £15million for Birmingham star, Jude Bellingham, just so that Chelsea does not play a fast one and make a late move.
Ole Gunnar Solskjær’s side are prepared to slap in the up-front sum for Bellingham because they know of Frank Lampard’s interest.
Birmingham may have to accept the offer but they hope the Old Trafford giants will loan the attacking midfielder back for the season.
