Man Utd’s Ronaldo Game Plan For Haaland Revealed

The signing of Borussia Dortmund striker, Erling Haaland, despite signing Cristiano Ronaldo this summer, is still in Manchester United’s transfer plans.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side are of the belief that with Ronaldo on their side, he could help convince Haaland to join the Red Devils.

Ronaldo, 36, returned to Old Trafford on a two-year contract, 12 years after he sojourned in Spain and played for Real Madrid.

United have already started looking ahead to next summer and will need to do some serious battle with some of Europe’s big teams if they must get Haaland’s signature.

The Norwegian has a £68million release clause that becomes active at the end of this season.

According to ESPN, United believe they have the resources to win the race for Haaland and feel the return of the five-time Ballon d’Or winner to Old Trafford also strengthens their hand.

Also, Haaland is a massive fan of Ronaldo’s and has huge admiration for the Portuguese.
