The Nigeria National Under-23 football team popularly referred to as the Olympic Eagles, often change because it is age grade.

It is almost impossible for you to find the same player who featured in the 2020 squad in the 2022 squad.

Except of course as one of the acceptable maximum of three (3) senior members allowed by FIFA as over-age exception.
