Arsenal captain Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is likely going to be the subject of a “cheeky” bid from Chelsea at the end of the season.
Frank Lampard is keen to sign a striker in the summer with Olivier Giroud and Michy Batshuayi linked with a move away.
Aubameyang's future at the Emirates remains uncertain as the Gabon international may not commit his long-term future, leading him to be available for £50million.
Bleacher Report's Dean Jones claims that Aubameyang the Gabon international is on the radar of Chelsea, who are also determined to bolster their defence.
Asked who the Blues' top targets are, he said: “Lampard wants a lot. New keeper, new LB, new CB, new wide forward and a new striker.
“Some targets include: Nick Pope, Ben Chilwell, (Kalidou) Koulibaly, Milan Skriniar, Timo Werner, Jadon Sancho, (Mauro) Icardi, Moussa Dembele, and even look out for a cheeky bid for Aubameyang.”
Aside from Chelsea, Manchester United are said to be interested in signing the ex-Borussia Dortmund marksman.
Meanwhile, Aubameyang and his Gunners team-mates have agreed a 12.5 per cent pay cut to help out Arsenal due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
