Mohamed Salah has been linked with a switch to either LaLiga giants Barcelona and Real Madrid, whilst speculation has also mounted that Liverpool could make a mega-money move to sign Paris Saint-Germain superstar Kylian Mbappe.
And the Egypt international, whose current contract runs until the summer of 2023, has done little to settle speculation on his future at Anfield by admitting he ‘does not know’ what will happen.
Last month, the Liverpool ace voiced his disappointment at not being named captain for their Champions League group match against Midtjylland in a rare interview.
Asked about his future by Norwegian channel TV2, Salah said: “I do not know. If you ask, I say I want to stay here as long as I can, but, as I have said before, it is in the hands of the club.
“I will always give 100 per cent to the last minute I am in this club and I want to win as many trophies as I can.
“And I want to give 100 per cent to the people, who show me love all the time.”
