Frank Lampard is not having it easy as he is currently dealing with a hostile Chelsea dressing room.
Some players are said to be frustrated at their lack of involvement with the transfer window set to close on Monday.
The Blues boss is dealing with a large squad at his disposal with more players expected to leave.
However, those players that aren't in Lampard's plans moving forward are still at the club with just a few days left of the transfer window.
According to The Athletic, Chelsea are still looking to offload both Tiemoue Bakayoko and Danny Drinkwater while they're willing to listen to offers for Jorginho, Emerson Palmieri, Marcos Alonso and Kepa Arrizabalaga.
And the report claims uncertainty over their futures has led to unrest in the Chelsea dressing room.
That was evident when reports emerged last weekend that Lampard and Alonso had a spat in front of the Chelsea players following the 3-3 draw with West Brom.
Lampard is said to have been left furious after learning Alonso tried to watch the second half on the team bus as opposed to joining the substitutes bench after being taken off at half time.
Alonso was subsequently dropped for the Carabao Cup squad that faced Tottenham earlier this week.
There is also some uncertainty around Callum Hudson-Odoi's future at the club due to the club's recruitment.
