Manchester City are reportedly close to signing Fluminense starlet Kayky, who is considered one of the most promising emerging talents in Brazil.
City have been in talks over the 17-year-old for many months and confirmation of a deal to bring him to the Etihad in June 2022 is expected soon.
The technically gifted right-winger has been likened to Paris Saint-Germain superstar Neymar.
City will pay an initial €10million (£8.6m) plus add-ons to sign him from the Rio de Janerio club, who have a 20 per cent sell-on clause, according to The Guardian.
The report adds that City Football Group chiefs are also exploring whether Kayky's teammate Metinho can be included in the deal.
City are pursuing the two talented youngsters as Pep Guardiola looks to secure a bright future for his side.
