Man City Make ‘Shock’ Contact With Man Utd Flop Alexis Sanchez’s Representatives

Manchester City have reportedly made contact with Alexis Sanchez' representatives over a potential transfer involving the Manchester United flop.

The forwars’s decision to head to Old Trafford from Arsenal in 2018 looks to have been the wrong one, but he could still find himself sporting the blue of City, if reports from Chile are accurate.

Chilean newspaper La Cuarta state that City have already been in touch over a switch to The Etihad.

City are trying to muscle in on negotiations by asking what Sanchez' demands are for next season.

The 31-year-old is on a £400,000-per-week deal at the Old Trafford club, whom are desperate to get the star off their wage bill.

United value him at £17million too, meaning any potential suitors would have to stump up some significant cash, which has put Inter off a permanent deal.

Though having said that, it is likely Sanchez' next loan deal could include an obligation to buy clause at the end of the contract.
