Man Utd Have Beating Chelsea As Lyon Agree £62million Transfer For Moussa Dembele

Manchester United and Chelsea have been vying for the signature of Moussa Dembele but it appears that the Red Devils have reached an agreement with Lyon for the transfer of Moussa Dembele.

Todofichajes have reported that a deal amounting £62m (€70m) has been accepted by the Ligue 1 outfit.

It is the first signal of intent from Ole Gunnar Solskjaer this summer, who won’t be stopping his spending spree just yet.

The Frenchman has been high on the radar for United, who tried to sign him in January.

Solskjaer has been desperate to secure a replacement for Romelu Lukaku, who left last summer and had a raid fail for Erling Haaland, who chose to join Borussia Dortmund.

It saw the Red Devils divert their attention to Dembele, with Todofichajes reporting that a deal has now been agreed between all parties.

It will come as a major blow to Frank Lampard’ side, who had also made the ex-Fulham trainee a priority in the summer.
