Man Utd Are In Talks With Cristiano Ronaldo’s Camp About A Blockbuster Return

Cristiano Ronaldo has reportedly held talks about a two-year contract with Manchester United.

Juventus have endured a problematic campaign and are primed to relinquish the Scudetto to fierce rivals Inter Milan, while their involvement in next season’s Champions League is also up in the air.

And the Portugal international could be shown the door if they miss out.

According to Tuttomercatoweb, United are in talks with Ronaldo’s camp about a blockbuster return to Old Trafford when the transfer window reopens.

And United want Ronaldo to lower his salary in order to make the move.

At Juventus, he pockets £27million a year.

But United don’t want to go that high, perhaps mindful of the fact that Ronaldo is entering the twilight years of his career.
