Edinson Cavani‘s name has propped up all over Real Madrid's offices.
The 33-year-old is available on a free transfer after leaving Paris Saint-Germain in May and Cavani was offered to Los Blancos prior to their scoreless draw at Real Sociedad on Sunday evening.
Although Cavani's salary would be high – around seven million euros a year – the possibility to sign him without having to spend money on a transfer fee has the Bernabéu side his considering his arrival as an option.
Roma, Gremio, Juventus, Atletico Madrid and Benfica have all reportedly spoken to the Uruguayan striker and his representative – who happens to be his brother Fernando – since he left PSG.
